These are the frequently asked questions that our team receives. You can also contact us directly with a specific comment or concern. We reply to all requests within 24 hours.

Do you provide tracking numbers?

Yes! Every order receives a tracking number. Most customers receive this information within three business days of placing their order.

How long does it take for tracking information to take effect?

Tracking information updates come directly from our selected shipping provider, the United States Postal Service (USPS). It can take up to four days for the information to update in their system.

Where can I track my order?

You can track your order through the USPS website. If you have the tracking number available without an Internet connection, then you can call the postal service’s toll-free hotline at 1 (800) 275-8777 for an update. Their hours are subject to change, but they’re generally open from 8 AM to 8:30 PM Eastern Time on weekdays.

Saturday hours are 8 AM to 6 PM Eastern Time. You can only receive online tracking updates on Sundays.

What if I used an incorrect shipping address?

Contact us immediately if you placed the wrong shipping address on your order. We may be able to change it if the order hasn’t yet been processed. Once the items ship, we can no longer provide this option. You would need to contact the USPS to see if an opportunity to change the information is possible.

Do you support refunds?

We provide a 100% refund of the product price on items that don’t meet your expectations. This amount does not include postage. Please refer to our refund policy for more information.

Do you support bulk purchases?

If you want to purchase a large number of products from our store, then please send our team the item information and your requirements to receive a personalized quote.
