Refunds (if applicable)
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Customer will have two options when receiving a refund:
1) Full Refund
We value our customer satisfaction the most. If you're not pleased with your purchase for whatever reason: did not like the style, damaged or defective items, or unsatisfied with the service received, we offer a full refund with no return fee. Just contact our support team in 24/7 live chat or send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
We encourage our customers to try the product immediately after they received it to ensure it fits your needs.
2) Get A Replacement of the Item
Instead of sending you a refund, we will send a replacement on you without extra cost. We will ship the item upon receiving the request from you together with the valid video or photo showing it is damaged, defective or unusable. Again, no need to send the item back. You are eligible for a replacement within 365 days after you have received your order.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
